He is dedicated to developing novel experimental techniques in oxide thin film epitaxy, angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy (ARPES), and low-temperature quantum transport, aimed at discovering new high-temperature superconducting materials, investigating their underlying mechanisms, and advancing quantum functional devices. 

He serves as an Associate Editor for Physical Review Letters (PRL) and a member of the Mathematics and Physics editorial team for National Science Review (NSR).
