Dr. Zhou has more than 6 years of experience in various plasma technologies for epitaxial thin-film growth. And he has extensive interest in the physical processes and applications of low-temperature plasma (including laser, DC, RF, and microwave). Recently, his research interests have gradually geared to superconducting thin film epitaxial growth, physical property, and mechanism analysis.
